Governed AI Operating System

Veritas Workstation

Persistent, governed AI infrastructure for an ongoing operation — not a stateless chat tool.

Most AI use is a stateless conversation: each session starts blank, the model has no memory of prior decisions, and whatever's pasted in is taken at face value unless someone thinks to ask for scrutiny. Veritas Workstation is built as the opposite of that, on three specific axes.

01

Persistent institutional memory across time, not just within a conversation

Decisions, relationships, and context from months ago are recalled automatically in later sessions. A new session doesn't start from zero; it starts with the relevant institutional context that has already been established.

02

Every significant evaluation is a discrete, cross-referenced record

Findings, deal terms, and open risks are captured as structured, addressable units that later sessions actively check against — so a claim made in one conversation gets tested against evidence gathered in another, and stored records allow contradictions to be detected and surfaced across sessions instead of getting forgotten.

03

Verification is governed policy, with adversarial scrutiny activated when the claim requires it

Financial, technical, and traction claims are not promoted into accepted institutional truth merely because they were stated confidently. When a consequential claim, contradiction, or unsupported assumption requires scrutiny, Veritas activates a dedicated Profiler process that tests the claim against evidence and competing explanations. Normal operation remains collaborative; interrogation is deliberate, traceable, and explicitly closed.

What this produces

Decisions that carry a defensible, evidence-grounded paper trail instead of a verbal understanding — and a system that gets more useful the longer it runs, because it's accumulating a real operating history rather than resetting every time.

What separates this from "an AI that helps with business"

The difference isn't the model underneath — it's that this is infrastructure for an ongoing operation (continuity, audit trail, independent verification as standing policy) rather than a tool invoked per-question.

Licensing

Terms scale with where your business is today

Veritas Workstation isn't sold as an off-the-shelf tool — it's the standing infrastructure Albee Holdings runs its own portfolio companies on, licensed directly on terms structured around where your business actually is, from pre-revenue equity partnerships through flat-fee enterprise deployment.

Where It Runs

Not a demo — the system running the company that built it

In production daily

Albee Holdings runs its own operations, portfolio decisions, and partner agreements through this system — it isn't a pitch deck, it's load-bearing infrastructure.

Governed by design

A constitution, governance layer, and audit trail exist above the AI itself — decisions stay traceable to evidence and to the person who authorized them.

Improves through use

Contributions from licensees feed a structured evaluation process before anything becomes a permanent change — not ad hoc prompt tweaks.
